These terms govern use of the Concarisba House website (concarisba.sbs) and booking of residential services described here. By contacting us or using the site, you agree under the laws of Portugal.

• We may refuse residential jobs that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside craft at Concarisba House — including rush asks that skip curing or test time.
• Details here apply to terms work only — ask at the counter if your job spans more than one track at the studio (this site).
• Rescheduling residential visits: write shop@this site or call +351 22 459 2447 before the posted open — same-day swaps depend on bench load.

the studio is not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages disclosed before work starts on this site, nor for customer-supplied parts that fail inspection.

Website content on this site is owned by the studio. Do not scrape or republish for commercial use without permission. Governing law: Portugal. Disputes: courts competent for Porto where applicable.

Guests booking residential work through concarisba get plain intake steps with residential tools staged only after the brief is agreed. Established 2010, still owner-run.
